ELAIOPHYSIS olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks to ensure cleanliness and that they are free from odours or impurities and any chemical substances. The use of stainless steel closed tanks also protects the oil from the light and oxygen. The tanks are constantly checked to ensure that temperatures never exceed 10oC.
ELAIOPHYSIS takes great care to ensure the quality of its olive oil, which may otherwise be degraded by the effect of factors such as contact with oxygen, metals, light and warm temperatures.
